We will contact you as soon as we are notified of any rate change for your plan and promptly shop carriers for the best rate. We also have a well educated staff to answer any question you or your employees may have about your plan. This saves you time because we have the resources to allow you or you employees to call us directly (instead of the insurance company) if there are any questions or problems.

Annual Benefit Meeting

Upon the agreement with the employer, we provide an annual benefit meeting for the employees and their families to explain their benefit package. Usually we will either provide refreshments or door prizes. This is essential for the employees to consistently get the most out of their benefit packages.

Monthly Phone Calls and Faxes

Each and every one of our clients is contacted by phone & by fax on a monthly basis. The purpose for this is to provide assistance with claims, additional administration material, new hires, terminations, or any other issues that need attention.

To assist your employees we provide a national toll-free 800 number. We are responsive to your needs in resolving claims and administrative problems. We work for our employers.

We attend both local and national seminars sponsored by the Continuing Education of the Bar, Health Underwriters Association, Spencer & Associates, American Society, and IAFP.
